At Dev Grah Udyog (brand: Sanwariya), we want you to be happy with every pack. Because our products are food items, the rules below apply for refunds, replacement and cancellation.

1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Please call or WhatsApp us on +91 99712 07900 or email us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order is cancelled before dispatch, we will refund the full amount. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns

For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of opened, used or partly used food products, or returns because of a change of mind.

3. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, leaking, wrong, expired or of poor quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send us your order number, clear photos of the product and the packing, and a short unboxing video if possible. After checking, we will either send a replacement or refund the amount, whichever you prefer and is possible.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet). Refunds are initiated within 3 to 5 working days after approval, and may take 5 to 7 more working days to show in your account, depending on your bank.

5. Failed or Double Payments

If money was deducted but your order was not confirmed, or if you were charged twice, the extra amount will be refunded automatically to the same account, usually within 5 to 7 working days. You can also contact us with the payment details and we will help you.

6. Not Delivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the delivery time shown in our Shipping and Delivery Policy, please contact us and we will check with the courier. If the parcel cannot be delivered, we will resend it or refund the amount.
