This Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how Dev Grah Udyog (brand: Sanwariya) delivers your order from Sardarshahar, Rajasthan.

1. Where We Deliver

We deliver to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. We do not ship outside India at the moment.

2. Processing Time

Orders are packed fresh and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 4 to 10 working days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delays can happen because of weather, festivals or courier problems.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. Any free shipping offer will also be shown clearly on the Website.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp or email. You can also contact us with your order number for an update.

6. Delivery Address

Please enter a complete and correct address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong or incomplete details. If a parcel comes back to us, we can resend it after you pay the shipping charges again.

7. Damaged Parcels
