1. About Us

We make and sell papad, mouth fresheners, spices, masalas and traditional Rajasthani food products under the Sanwariya brand. The Website is owned and operated by Dev Grah Udyog.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website under the supervision of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products and Information

We try to show product names, photos, weights and descriptions as accurately as possible. Actual packaging may change slightly with new batches. Photos are for reference. Natural colour, size and shape of papad and spices can vary a little from batch to batch.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay. Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place the order is the price you pay.

5. Orders and Cancellation

Your order is confirmed only after successful payment. We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price or description was shown incorrectly, or we cannot deliver to your address. In that case you will get a full refund. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy for customer cancellations.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped across India. Delivery times, charges and responsibilities are explained in our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

7. Food Safety and Storage

Our products are packed fresh. Please check the label for ingredients, net weight and storage instructions. Keep products in a cool, dry place and close the pack tightly after use. If you have any food allergy, please read the ingredients carefully before buying.

8. Intellectual Property

The Sanwariya name, logo, product photos, text and designs on this Website belong to Dev Grah Udyog. You may not copy, reuse or sell them without our written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree to give correct information while ordering, and not to misuse the Website, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Dev Grah Udyog is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the Website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Churu, Rajasthan.
